Staff Product Designer, Stone

Lucia Possas is a Staff Product Designer based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She has worked at large fintechs such as Nubank, one of the largest digital banks in the world with 90 million customers in 3 countries, and Stone, with millions of businesses as customers across Brazil. In addition, she also works on volunteer projects to include people in the technology market, giving free mentoring, speaking at events, providing professional support, and more.

She started her career in technology as a Content Designer, which was her main role for 4 years, but now works as a generalist Designer on more strategic projects, focusing on experimentation, business growth, and Design quality improvement.

On the personal side, she is passionate about animals, dreams of flying in a hot air balloon, and is an enthusiast of many things and causes.
